You can access your account by logging into your own account on our website. The Loyalty page will sit on the main account page below where you currently manage your subscriptions.

Once you are logged into your account you will see your points total on the right hand side during the checkout process.

You can redeem your points at checkout or when you are on your account page, by simply scrolling down and clicking the ‘redeem’ button, you will then get a code to use at checkout. There are two ways to redeem: 1. Redeeming at checkout: when you hit the checkout page, you will see your points total on the right hand side of the screen and then a drop-down option below that will list any rewards you can redeem. Rewards being £5, £10, £15 or £20 off. 2. Redeeming on the Loyalty page: when you login to your account and scroll down on the Loyalty page you will see a section called ‘how to use your points’. From here you can click ‘redeem points’ and you will then be given a discount code which can be used on the checkout page.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or loyalty reward redemptions.

Yes. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Rewards History’ button at the top of the Loyalty page.

The minimum amount of points you must earn to redeem any awards is 100 points. 100 points = £5 off.

Each point you earn is worth £1.

You have to spend £1 to get 1 point and you have ways of earning points as well such as; creating an account, following our Instagram account, sharing our Facebook page & website. These can all be found on the Rewards home page.
