Vitamin B Complex: Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Para-Amino-Benzoic-Acid (PABA), Nicotinamide (Niacin), Calcium Pantothenate (Pantothenic Acid), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Thiamin Hydrochloride (Thiamin), Riboflavin, Pteroylmonoglutamic acid (Folic Acid), D-Biotin (Biotin), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Vitamin B12: Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Iron: Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Ferrous Fumarate ( contains 14mg iron per tablet derived from 42mg ferrous fumarate), Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid (Folic Acid), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Directions

Take 1 tablet daily with a full glass of water.
